Refund Policy

EU consumers — 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment provided the service has not been substantially consumed (we consider 5+ signals viewed or 5+ research views as substantial use).

Voluntary refund window. Outside the cooling-off period, we may issue a pro-rated refund for unused time at our discretion. Email billing@tebadainsider.com.

Annual subscriptions. Within 14 days, full refund. After 14 days, no refund — but you can downgrade to monthly billing at the next renewal.

Refunds processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days to receive funds.
